" Nope. I feel as healthy as a horse, Doc. Honestly." Tab stated, looking at Roe from his seat on the table. Pneumonia was a big threat around here, he knew that, but he seemed to have the luxury of a killer immune system. He seemed to never get sick. Just stabbed by a fellow man...but that was another story.

Roe looked at Tab with a look that seemed to say, "You better not be lying!" before saying, "Now to check your feet. Take off your boots!"

Tab grinned at the look of seriousness on Roe's face, before leaning forward and reaching down, grabbing the laces of his army issued combat boots and beginning to unlace them. He had worn the boots since Toccoa, and, in a sense, felt like a part of him. As he pulled them from his feet, which didn't ache as much as they used, since they had been cooped up in warm, suitable housing, it felt a little weird.

"Hmm... your feet have a little bit of trench foot but just keep your socks dry from now on. Easy can't afford to keep you from the field. Now... go do two things for me... send me Toye and go make sure Lipton is staying put and lying in bed."

Tab looked down at his feet, which were bare " I got trench foot? How the hell'd that happen?" he asked, his eyes still on his feet, before looking up to Roe. Was his luck wearing off? As he slipped on his socks, and then his boots, he nodded as Roe gave him his instructions. He wanted to see Lip anyway, to find out with what Malarkey and Luz said was true.

Before Tab could even close the door Roe shouted back to him, "Make sure that Toye comes. If he gives you trouble tell him Speirs is right next door and will enforce my medic orders."

" Easier said than done!" Tab called back with a grin. He then closed the door behind him, the door making a small snap, but remained there for a moment, lost in thought. He had gotten trench foot, something he had tried to be so careful about.
(wait, doesn't Toye leave in the Breaking Point?)

( I'm going to switch Toye with Babe, since I'm pretty sure Toye is gone by now)
Tab walked back to the house, where he saw a remainder of the guys still milling around the house. He could see by their faces they were still trying to handle the thought of moving out, just as Tab himself was. " Hey, Babe, Doc says it's your turn." Tab stated, pointing in the direction of the medic station.

"Alright." Babe nodded and headed into the direction of the medic station. He had a bit of cough but hoped it wasnt anything major. He then entered the medic station and saw Doc Roe waiting for him

(sorry... I blame me being up late for that... forgot) Roe sat and waited and saw Babe walk into the hospital. He said, "Up on the table Edw- I mean Babe."

Babe grinned as Roe almost forgot to say his nickname. He got up on the table. He still had his negging cough and hoped it wasnt serious. He let out a cough and covered his mouth.

Roe perked up at the sound of Babe's cough. He asked, "How long have you had this cough?"

"For a good couple of weeks." He admitted, and looked back up at Roe. He hoped his cough wasnt anything serious,.

Roe sighed and checked his breathing before shaking his head and saying, "I'm sorry Babe but you have early signs of pneumonia. You need rest. If you're not careful it will get worse. If you don't take it easy I'll have you rooming with Lipton while Speirs keeps his watchful eye on you."
